Orders are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted such as in the case of a pre-order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you never have to return any of your fabulous clothes, but here at Pretty Posh Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.
After you have received your awesome clothes, inspect them to make sure there are no defects, wrong item(s) sent, or if something is missing. If any of these things happen, please email us within 2 business days at email@example.com and we will get it corrected for you!
If you just decide you do not want to keep your item, here is the policy for sending back:
We do not issue refunds. We DO however issue store credit. We will however issue a refund if we messed up or there is a defect. You will be refunded by the method you bought the item with ie - cash for cash, credit card will go back on credit card and gift cards will be issued for gift cards used. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date.
Exchanges are processed the same as a return. We will issue you a store credit and at the time of return, you can decide whether or not to exchange for the same item or purchase something else. Exchanges will depend on whether the item is still in stock. If you are wanting an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can pull the item to insure it is in stock when the return arrives back to us.
All items must be UNWORN and also have the original tags on them! Clothing must remain odorless in order to be processed for the refund.

To complete the return the Pretty Posh Boutique packing slip must be in the package with the tagged item. It must be then packaged and addressed to (please obtain a tracking number when you ship back your item for reference):

All shipping costs for returns are not done through Pretty Posh Boutique and you will be responsible for the cost. Shipping Costs are non-refundable!
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, in the unlikely event that this happens please contact USPS for further assistance.
